Red Dead Redemption is an action packed video game created for Play Station 3 and Xbox360 by the famous rock star San Diego. The game is scheduled to be released by the mid of 2010. And not to mention the eager fans counting down the moments.

The game is created on the same line as the GTA series; however this game provides a much wider scope to the player for interacting with the game environment. The game allows the players to decide how he would like to play by giving a lot of options. The sense of morality present in the game, gives an unusual touch to the game. It is set around the final years of the American Wild west.
The game play is quite interesting. There are somewhere around 40 animals which are waiting to be hunted on players steps. The game has been made as realistic as possible with varying location and accents.
The arena is really big, spanning 3 different regions and check posts having different types of people.
Another nice thing is the variety of weapons which has player has got accessed to. You will be able to play with an assortment of period specific weapons like: cattleman revolver, mauser pistol, repeater rifle, sawed-off shotgun, throwing knife, lasso and more.
Red Dead Redemption game consists of lot of gun play and fighting sequence with a third person perspective from the player.
The game has even an option of online play where in a maximum of 16 people can compete with each other in a single session of the game.
Also you will be able to play western style mini games including showdowns, gambling, hunting bounties, cattle herding and five finger fillet.
