Red Dead Redemption is a third-person, action-adventure western video game created by Rockstar San Diego. The action is set at the beginning of the 20th century and it shows the alternatives the game hero – ex-bandit John Marston – is forced to make because of his dark past.
The game features Wild West style action, new targeting and hide systems, cool horse riding abilities, a huge selection of weapons and more than 40 animals witch can be hunted. Also Red Dead Redemption features a morality system based on honor and fame generated by the players actions throughout the game.
The release dates are May 18, 2010 for North America and May 21, 2010 for Europe and Australia for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Red Dead Redemption Gameplay
Across your path, you will practice gunfights and wars, meet a bunch of exclusive characters, battle against nature’s elements and wild animals of one of the world’s most ferocious wildernesses. In the end you’ll choose the path through a great story about the extinction of the Wild West as well as the gunmen that lived there.
In their journeys thru the lands of the gameworld gamers participate in a morality system made on honor and fame. Players gain or lose points in each land according to their actions.
The game features a simple to use cover system, various mounts and period specific weapons. You will enjoy famous weapons like:
